You never know what you're going to get in Palm Springs...scorching heat, rain or wind. Luckily, last weekend was perfect weather, low 90's with clear blue skies. It got a little windy towards the end of the afternoon, but we finished our pics and headed inside to a lovely reception. Azil and Liz got married in an old Catholic church in downtown Palm Springs. There was so much character in that church, on the streets and in the surrounding buildings. In fact, we shot some pics in front of Liberace's old house. The bride was beautiful, the wedding party was super fun, and the reception was chock full of fun, unexpected Indian dances.

This was a long anticipated shoot Robyn and I were planning after her spectacular wedding photos from Hawaii. It's true what they say, you can take the girl out of Hawaii, but you can't take the Hawaii out of the girl. She was game for anything that day. Trekking around barefoot, jumping in fountains, laying on dirt...it was epic. With some beautiful morning sun, and the help of a bottle of Veuve...these pics turned out amazing!
