I saw the piano and I just went for it! Here's some more pics from the wedding in shot last month in Sonoma. I LOVED this wedding. What an incredibly fun wedding party, and go-with-the-flow, gorgeous bride. Jennifer and Sherif are from Brooklyn and decided to have their destination wedding in the beautiful northern CA wine country. Jennifer had a stunning look with her birdcage and classic dress. It was a pleasure working with Robbin Montero at this wedding. If she's involved, you know its gonna be killer. rossblog01.jpg rossblog02.jpg rossblog03.jpg rossblog04.jpg rossblog05.jpg rossblog06.jpg rossblog07.jpg rossblog08.jpg rossblog09.jpg rossblog10.jpg rossblog11.jpg rossblog12.jpg

Marie and I were neighbors and good friends in college. I was thrilled when she called me to shoot her wedding in Washington. Not only because it was great to see her so happy and loved by Todd, a super cool guy, but because it gave me a chance to see the Pacific Northwest! Yakima, apparently dubbed the "Palm Springs" of Washington is a fun little town. We shot some of the wedding party pics in a historic theater, the Capitol, built in 1919. The wedding reception was one of the most extravagant, beautiful venues I have ever seen. It was at a house. A BIG house. A 27,000 square foot house to be exact overlooking the Yakima Valley. The food, the music, the people, all of it was amazing.

Yes, the Bride and Groom and stunningly attractive. Yes, all the details of this wedding were thoughtfully and artistically crafted. Yes, the venue was beautiful. But thats not even the start of why I LOVED shooting this wedding and why I think its one the best weddings I've ever photo journalized. I met Tiffany about 8 years ago in Newport Beach, and just when we were getting to be good buds, she moved to New York! She is a very talented and successful videographer/cinematographer out in Manhattan, and it was an honor to shoot her wedding. Billy is also one of the most laid back, coolest grooms I've ever met, and I'm proud to call him my friend now. Take note future A.Niesing Brides, this couple was so relaxed and chill, that these moments captured carry an amazing realness and magnetic energy to them. THAT'S how a great photo is taken at a wedding. Tiffany and Billy, you guys rock. I'll see you guys in New York.
