You know how some ridiculously good looking people can be stuck up and high maintenance? Well this ridiculously good looking couple are super sweet, chill and very hospitable. Gianna wanted me to shoot their wedding this fall in Napa, but because I was booked, she had me do a long engagement session. We started at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, then moved up to Land's End. It was a gorgeous day, with amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge. We then drove to Napa, where we were treated like royalty at Thomas Keller's Bouchon (where Garrett proposed) and French Laundry. It was a great day filled with stunning photos, great company, some good oysters and of course amazing champagne and sparkling wine.

I knew this couple would be super interesting and artistic when they told me that they met at Burning Man. They decided to do their engagement photos in the Malibu Canyon. It was a beautiful night, and the setting sun was amazing. They brought a few props as you can see, a ukulele and and a mandolin. I wasn't anticipating a huge hike up a hill to the water tower, but we huffed and puffed and got some great views of the canyon, as well as some fun shots of the old tower. The grass was green, the couple were happy, and the sun was glowing! What a great day.
