I met the DeAllen's, (Kim and Kevin) a couple of months back to talk about shooting the birth of their first child together. I think I could have been more excited than they were! Gigi was due March 22nd, and I had scheduled a huge party with all my wife and I's friends and family to announce the sex of OUR baby. Well sure enough Kim went into labor that day and I was worried I'd miss the revealing of my baby's gender. By the grace of God, she didn't start to push until about midnight at which point i jetted over to Hoag Hospital for the delivery. It was a beautiful experience. Kim and Kevin were both so calm and positive throughout the night. Thanks for the experience! I am headed over to their house this afternoon to shoot the newborn photos. Stay tuned!
