So Nadalie called me to discuss the engagement pics and suggested that we do beach cruisin down around Balboa. I was more than game! I thought it was a great idea, and a great kick off to summer. We walked, and biked all around the peninsula and shot tons of great pics. They came down from the Sonoma area for the shoot. I am ecstatic for their wedding in wine country coming up soon. Nadalie's crystal blue eyes, and Corbett's mad biking skills made for an awesome day!

I love the photo manipulation that they did. The contrast and the tone are great. It’s always nice to see a happy couple enjoying each other.

We had the privilege of flying out to Chicago to shoot Ingrid and Bob's wedding. Well, it was in Geneva just outside of Chicago, a charming small midwest town. We started the night before at Ingrids parents house, a home that was built in 1890, (i think is what she told me.) The venue was a beautiful estate just draped with greenery and classic architecture. She didn't have any bridesmaids, but her three sisters and I had a blast shooting early waiting for the storm to subside. And when i say storm, I mean torrential downpour. Literally 5 minutes before we started shooting it thunderstormed with a rage of biblical proportions. It was a little scary, but yielded some amazing colors, amazing light and cool, fresh weather. Ingrid was beautiful, Bob was lovin life, and it was all in all a great wedding!
